Using a 360 degree approach to the daily lives of successful women developer, product managers, UX professionals and managers, research scientist Karen Holtzblatt and her team identified the key factors crucial to retaining women in the workplace. In her presentation, Karen will discuss these factors as well as the @Work Action Framework companies can put in place to keep women happy, successful and thriving in the tech workplace. Following her talk, Karen will facilitate a diverse panel of women in the Cloud Foundry ecosystem to discuss their experience. Come ready to learn and engage -- audience questions are welcome!
